作りました！♪

今が美味しい新生姜！

いつもはスライスしてさっと茹でて酢漬けにしますが
今回は味噌漬けにしてみました！

生のまま味噌に約1週間ほど漬け込んだら出来上がりです！♪

余分な水分が飛び新生姜の味香りが味噌と相まって美味しいです！♪

　　★ご飯の友！お酒の友として最高です！♪
　　　　右は隼人瓜の味噌漬けです。
