麦焼酎や芋焼酎で最近は焦がした香りの付いたら焼酎が人気です‼️

あの大分は宇佐の兼八がそのブームの走りか‼️😁

日田の老松酒造の「おこげ」は大麦を少し焙煎して仕込むと香ばしい香りと味が出ます❗😋

同じく老松酒造の「焼きいも屋」は原料の芋を少し焼いて仕込むと焼きいものような香りが出ます‼️😃💕
