阪神住吉駅近くにある立ち呑み処まる○です‼️

静岡産のメヌケの炙り造りです‼️😁

メヌケとはスズキ目メバル科に属する体が赤い大型魚！
成長すると40cm～50cmになる高級魚です‼️

味はクセのない上品な味わい！
身は柔らかく、淡白で食べやすい‼️😋

旬は秋から冬に掛けての寒い時期には脂がのり美味しい‼️
