糠床28年物で漬けた自家製ぬか漬けです‼️

8種類あります✨

山芋、人参、大根、きゅうり、新ごぼう、キャベツの芯、なすび🍆

真ん中は大根の茎だけ漬けた物で
みじん切りにしてご飯にまぶして食べると最高に旨いです‼️😋

ぬか漬けは乳酸菌食物！
日本酒にもよく合います‼️😃✨
