韓国の日式料理店(日本式料理?)

韓国で言う 『日式料理店』 いわゆる日本式料理店ですが、ちょっと違う様な・・・
彼らは、『寿司屋』 とか 『刺身屋』 と言います。
魚介類が中心で20種類以上の料理がで出て来ます、刺身がメーン料理で焼き魚、
煮魚、天麩羅、汁物、最後は握り寿司で〆ます。
しかし韓国料理の、キムチチゲ、チジミ、ヤンニョム・ケジャン(蟹キムチ)、ぺチュキムチ、ニンニク等々も出て来ます。
【刺身はタイ、ヒラメ、スズキ、アナゴ、タイラギ貝、ホタテ貝柱、サザエ、アワビ、タコ、
ウニ、ホヤ、ナマコ、ケムル、ミトドと地元で獲れた新鮮な魚介類ばかりが並ぶ。】
【特に珍味なのが日本でも酒通が泣いて喜ぶ、海鼠腸(コノワタ)でしょうか。】
