中を清潔にっていうのは登山靴では鉄則ですね。

不潔になりやすいんですよね・・・。

やはり中敷きの下側が汗で痛むことになりますね。

中敷きを外せるんですか？気づきませんでした～！今度してみます。

普段から着脱していないと、最初はかたいのですが、ちゃんと外すことが出来ますよ。
