似て非なるもの

昨日、スーパーの店頭に「なめこ」らしきものが・・・・・

見過ごして、キノコ採りの大先達の優しいキレイナオネエサンに
「スーパーで大きななめこ見たんだけど・・・」と言えば、「なんで買って味を確かめんかった！」
と一喝されるのは火を見るより明らかなので、早速購入（安かった100円以下）
写真は半分の分量

早速、粕汁に入れてみましたが「なにこれ？」の薄っぺらい味。
やはり天然モノは違います、第一あのヌルヌル感が無く、まるで
別種のキノコのようでした・・・・
