朝は涼しい

夜明け前
日の出位置は南下中
昨夜は強い風が吹きましたが、なにせ熱風、室内温度は下がりません。
今朝、やっと30℃を少し切れる温度となりましたが、日中はまだまだ・・・

昨日は午後から扁豆痛、社内にいたので冷房病かも。

中部地方は大変です、夜になっても気温が下がらず、明け方風があるとやっと30℃を少し悪程度です、昨日は私も午後から偏頭痛で往生しております。
