月台（yuetai)

中文で月台（ゆえたい）はプラットホームの意味ですが、語源は観月のための高台
とされています。
観月は中国から伝わったと思われ、現在では中国・台湾・日本（韓国は不明）の文化
です。
月に兎も同じです。

欧州では観月の文化は無く、満月の夜は狼や妖怪が出るくらいです。
