Computexでの商談

Computexでの商談風景、台湾では女性のPlayerが多い、技術面よりも交渉に長けて
いる感じが強い。
日本では女性管理職を数を増やせと言っているが、私の経験では女性に管理権限をもたせ
ると失敗するケースが多い。これは同性への嫉妬が加齢とともに強くなるのではないかと
思う。PLayerとしては一流なのに管理業務は苦手との方が多すぎる。
