易きに流れてはいけない（料理）

Video編集アプリで「易きに流れるな！」と自戒を込めて前回は投稿したが、その後
料理でも「易きに流れない」方法に変更している。
「易きに流れない」は「手間」はかけるが、時間を沢山使うわけではない。
手間のかけ方を工夫し、短時間で生産性の良い方法を考えることがポイントだと思う。
