昨日の夕飯はサラダに

夕飯は市販のサラダに。
チキンと玉ねぎとレタスの和風サラダでした。
デザートはいただいたプリンアラモード。

さすがに食べ過ぎてると思ったので、
夕飯後に、はや歩きの散歩に。
40分しっかり歩いて汗かきました。
