残ったみそはご飯の友に( ￣▽￣)
うまし。

やっぱりナカモの西京みそは美味しいなぁ。

西京みそに料理酒混ぜて、
アルミホイルにキャベツの千切りひいて、
鮭乗せて、アスパラ乗せて、椎茸乗せて、
もやしとニラと人参乗せて、
最後にみそ乗せて、
水ひいたフライパンに
包んだものを入れて蓋して焼く。

お吸い物は、すき焼きのたれが残ったものを使用。
お湯に、椎茸スライスして、ワカメ入れて、
すき焼きのたれ入れて、溶き卵ゆるゆる入れて完成。
