コンフィです。

袋に手羽元大量投入。
ハチミツ
醤油
塩
胡椒
にんにく
生姜
焼肉のたれ
酒
と一緒に入れて1晩冷蔵庫に。

鍋に手羽元大量投入。
サラダ油をかぶるくらいにいれて
ローリエ入れて
グツグツ煮込む。(一時間)

油から出してフライパンで焼いたら完成。
カレー粉ご飯と食べました。
