昨日の夕飯。オムライス。

玉子崩れたなぁ。 玉子崩れたなぁ。
オムライスとポテトサラダとスープ。

おとといの牛タンのねぎ塩たれを使って
人参とたまねぎとねぎ塩のシャンタンスープ

たまねぎと人参をみじん切りにして
コーンと一緒に炒めて
鶏挽き肉を酒と塩とハチミツで炒めて
炒めたものの半分をボールに
半分は2合の米と一緒に炊飯器へ
ケチャップとコンソメ入れて炊飯。

ボールに入れた炒めたものに
よく洗ったじゃがいもを
レンジで火を通して皮むきして
ゆで卵と一緒にマヨネーズ入れてマゼマゼ。
ホワイトペッパー少し入れてマゼマゼ。

炊けたチキンライスに
プレーンオムレツ半熟をのせて
ケチャップかけて完成。
