おとといの夕飯。豚肉とキノコのパスタ

味噌の和風パスタです。 味噌の和風パスタです。
豚の味噌漬けを細切りにして
長ネギと
椎茸と炒めて
おろしにんにくとおろし生姜入れて
酒と白だしと昆布茶で味付け

好みで七味かけて食べました。
飲み物は麦茶
でした。
