今日のごはん。夕飯鯖の塩焼き
やっぱり大根おろしは必須だなぁ

今日はレモンも絞った
( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ

付け合わせはモヤシとネギの炒めた物
味付け塩胡椒ブラックペッパーとゴマ油

白ごはん
ゆめぴりかにしました

炊きたてごはん( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ

食欲は少ないので少なめ
今日ほとんど寝てたしね

毎週1日以上魚と決めているけど
簡単な魚にしがち

ついつい骨取りの鯖買ってしまう

来週は何にしようかな
