人参

豚ももとロースのスライスで巻いて
塩胡椒ブラックペッパーふって
フライパンで酒蒸し焼きして
焦げめつけた

刻み揚げに刻みネギ乗せて
トースターで焼いて
醤油かけたもの

ワカメごはん
ワカメごはんのもとと
サラダ油入れて炊飯

飲み物は
三ツ矢サイダーのクエン酸入った酸っぱいやつと
グレープフルーツジュース

野菜色々おいしくいただきました！
