チャーシューと葱とたまごで塩チャーハン作って
ランプステーキ肉に切り込み入れて
おろしにんにくとステーキソースで焼いて
たれごとチャーハンにON
フライドオニオンとレタス散らして完成

サーロインでやった方がウマイけど
あっさりとランプで

ボリューム満点でした
