冷奴(ネギ＋ショウガ)
カボチャの冷製スープ(パセリかけた)
ポテトサラダ(＋キャベツのサラダベースとプチトマト←埋もれた)
白ごはん(せいてんのへきれき)
飲み物
オレンジ・ペコー
ガセリヨーグルト
でした

お茶っ葉色々あるのでこれから
色々お茶飲もうかと
今日は紅茶にしました
明日は何にしようかな～♪
