昨日のごはん。夕飯マグロの香草...
カジキマグロの香草焼き
カジキマグロに
小麦粉とマジックソルト振って
パン粉まぶして揚げ焼きに
タルタルソースとミディトマト添えた
 
大根のゆずポンサラダ
大根を太めの千切りにして
鰹節とゆずポンで和えたもの
 
ちくわきゅうり
ちくわにきゅうり刺して
マヨネーズかけた
 
大根の味噌汁
厚めに剥いた大根の皮を千切りにして
赤だしの味噌汁に
 
白ごはん
 
大根サラダは次の日も食べる予定で
それ以外は食べ終えた
そのまま出しても食べないかもだから
少し味変して出そうかな〜
