お手軽に勝るものはないかな〜

大豆グラノーラ
アールグレー
 
昼
冷そば
 
昼はパスタでもしようかなーと
冷蔵庫がさごそしたら
食べ忘れてた冷そば発見
今日賞味期限だ
食べるかぁ…ってな感じで
お昼となった
 
水でほぐすだけのやつ
簡単で助かる〜
めんつゆかけて
ごまかけて
刻み海苔とわさび
 
3分ぐらいでできたので
子供に速！！と言われた
