今日のごはん。おやつシャトレー...
子どもが食べてるの見てちょっともらう
 
昼はおにぎり1口食べて薬飲んで寝た
本当は図書館巡りをする予定が
めまいと貧血で即帰宅
起きてるのも辛くて…
本当にへなちょこだなぁ
 
夕方起きて小腹がすいておにぎりの残り食べて
また寝て
 
しばらくして夕飯作り始めて
また具合悪くなって
ご飯だけ炊けたので
夕飯をレトルトカレーになってしまうかもと
子どもに申告
 
起きてるのも辛いとは
へなちょこだなぁ…
