リハビリルーム

イーストサイドの住宅地レッドモンドにあるこじんまりしたシニアホームに、日本人ナースがいると聞き、見学に行ってきました。

フロントも廊下も、明るい雰囲気で、ナースや、エイドさんたちがシニアの方々と柔らかい笑顔で談笑しておられるのが印象的でした。

でも、どこも人手不足のようで、これからの高齢化社会を支えていく人材育成、確保はどこも頭の痛い課題のようです。
