キャラメルトルテはホイップクリームをキャラメル味にしたクリームと、サクッとした感じのあるコーンスターチのスポンジ生地との組み合わせです。
とってもシンプルですが人気のあるお菓子です。

マカロンを飾ってというリクエストです。

小ぶりの１２㎝ケーキなのでマカロン存在感ありすぎです！
