ゆっくりラン 10km

10km┃1:02:18┃6'14┃18:30開始┃晴┃17℃
10kmコース（がんざ坂越え）をゆっくりラン。
とりあえず坂トレ準備ラン２回目。

微妙な歩道の左右への傾斜にちょっと不慣れになっているのに驚き。
雨の水はけの為に、道路もかまぼこ状になっているんだろうけど、
久々に脚に効いた感じでした。
