昨夜はトレーニングジムへ出かけた 背中の運動の日 月曜日から左肩が痛く思うように運動が出来ず 昨夜も1時間弱の運動で帰宅 帰宅後有酸素運動 バイクライド、ローラー台にて30分 肩の痛み加齢から来る物だろうか それとも運動で痛めたものなのか 足りあえず友達の整形のドクターに相談した ロキソニンテープを肩に張り ロキソニンを1錠飲んで様子を見ることに 今夜は肩の運動の日、どうしよう? 写真は昨夜ゲット 4500キロ
