ボルドー第二級 シャトー・デュルフォール・ヴィヴァン 抜栓後、すぐに芳醇な香りが 色は濃いルビー色 最初は非常に良い印象ですが 時間の経過と共に香りが消え酸味が目立つように ワインの肴はトリッパ(ハチノス)のトマト煮込み チーズ こんなに幸せで罰が当たりそうです
