花見茶

花見茶

４月もあと一日となりました。
公園の桜の木は、葉桜になり新緑の季節になってきました。

最後はもう一度、家花見で終わりましょう～

桜茶と桜カステラです。
塩漬けにした桜の花を洗ってお湯を注ぐと、湯のみの中で綺麗な桜の花が咲きます。
桃色と白の二色のカステラは、柔らかくてほのかに桜の香が漂ってきます。

日本の四季の美が、詰め込まれた一枚の写真だと感じました。
コーヒーとケーキでは、「美」を感じることはないですね。
