スイーツな昼下がり

ちょっと、すごいカーップケーキが出来上がりました。
普段、お菓子は作らない私です。

カップに入れる量の加減が分からず、オーブンに入れてしばらくすると見る見るうちに膨らんで溢れ出てきました。
止めようにも止められない、結果こんないびつなカップケーキになりました。
しかも１つ１つ形が違うのね。
でも見ためは悪いけれど味は確か、ベースにココナッツオイルを少量入れて、バナナ・クルミ・自家製イチゴジャムをトッピングしました。
