先日買った雑誌の付録にあったレ...
先日買った雑誌の付録にあったレシピで、今夜は簡単おかずを作ってみました。
牛こま切れ肉とれんこん・ねぎを使った炒め物です。
れんこんは、セロリのような縦切りにします。
フライパンに牛肉、れんこん、ねぎの順に油で炒めていきます。
油が回ったらフタをして4～5分。
味付けは、醤油・酒・砂糖・おろししょうが・おろしニンニク。
れんこんはシャキシャキ感が残った方が良いかも、簡単！
