Merry X'mas !

　今夜は、クリスマス　イブ。　ひっそりと、お友達4人でイブを祝いました。
私の担当はお肉の用意。ローストポークとチキンです。ローストポークの下味ベースは、お醤油、砂糖、はちみつ、赤ワイン、オレンジです。お友達は、サラダ担当。赤のサラダと緑のサラダ、バルサミコとオイルベースで作ったドレッシングでとっても美味しかった。クリスマスケーキはペコちゃんケーキです。もう不二家さんは大丈夫ですよ。
