ツツジにもいろいろあるんですね。
これは色鮮やかな久留米ツツジです。

キリシマツツジから改良され１００年以上の栽培歴があるそうです。

つつじの品種の世界も、調べたことはありませんが、すごい数だと思います。
１００年以上も前の改良された方、ここまでかわいがられて喜んでいるでしょうねぇ。
