左足踝は完治していません。。
痛みが残る中、悪化させないように
無理をせず7キロ弱。

家→公園　1.3km 8分12秒
1周目6分46秒、2周目6分40秒、3周目6分53秒
4周目6分57秒、5周目5分47秒
(公園内5.5km 33分01秒　6.8km 41分13秒)

走りを追求するレベルにはありませんが
5周目は少し速く走りました。

完治しないまま走ってると慢性化しないですか・・・。

自分の膝はようやく完治しました。
走り始めます・・・(^_^)/
