東京は午後から晴れ間が見えました。
気温も湿度も低く過ごしやすい一日でした。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・ジャンボ鶏ソテー
・人参のソテー＋食べるラー油
・ほうれん草のおひたし
・温レタスと湯むきミニトマト
・そらまめ
・ジャガイモとワカメと油揚げの味噌汁
・白菜浅漬け
・白米
・冷や奴

ミニトマトを湯むきまでしてくれる豆腐嫁さんの手間がけ、素晴らしいです。
