7月5日【今日の献立】
関東地方は今日も蒸し暑い一日でした。
そして、夕方からスコールのような激しい雨
早くも、亜熱帯地域の季節到来でしょうか、、、。

【今日の献立】
・ズッキーニの甘辛炒め
　（ズッキーニ、にんじん、豚肉）
　　＜生姜、長ねぎ、オリーブオイル、豆板醤、醤油、酢、オリゴ糖、片栗粉、塩、コショウ＞
・つぼ鯛の塩焼き
・いんげんの胡麻和え
　（インゲン）
　　＜白ゴマ（すり）、そばつゆ、オリゴ糖＞
・サラダ
　（レタス、焼き豚、塩コンブ）
　　＜オリーブオイル＞
・小松菜のおひたし

なかなか買わない食材なので、いつか挑戦してみます。
