午後からとても日差しの強い一日となりました。
猛暑によって、野菜が高騰しています。。。

【今日の献立】
・サラダ
　（ブロッコリー、大根、トマト、ゆで豚、チーズかまぼこ、アーサーﾚｯﾄﾞ）
　　＜胡麻ドレッシング＞
・天ぷら
　（玉ねぎ＋ベーコン＋小エビ）
　（かぼちゃ）
　　＜オリーブオイル、小麦粉、片栗粉、牛乳＞
・ほっけの焼き魚
・枝豆

☆豆腐☆
★金麦・焼酎ハイボール★

天ぷらもオリーブオイルで揚げるの？

オリーブオイルが体にいというので炒め物には使ってるけど、油ものには高くて…

天ぷらもオリーブオイルで揚げています。

こちらは９１０ｇで９９９円とのことです。

極力少量にして無駄なく使っているようです。
