8月も10日が過ぎました。今週後半はお盆です。
【今日の献立】
・豚しゃぶサラダ
　（豚ロース、きゅうり、レタス）
　　＜胡麻ドレッシング＞
・きんぴらごぼう
　（ごぼう、にんじん、油揚げ）
　　＜鷹の爪、白ゴマ、醤油、黒砂糖、みりん、そばつゆ、塩＞
・ほっけの塩焼
・つゆむらさきのおひたし
　（つゆむらさき、みょうが）
　　＜そばつゆ、鰹節＞
・枝豆
・ワンタンスープ
　（大根、ワンタン、万能ねぎ）
　　＜ワンタンスープの素＞

ほっけ」はさすがに、切り身ですね。


東北地方に旅行に出かけたとき、炉端焼き屋さんでほっけを頼みました。

ほかに注文したいものがたくさんありましたが、とてつもなく大きくて、食べきれませんでした。

苦い思い出です。（笑）
