産直でタラの芽、親鳥かしわ、椎茸の辛子漬け…2016/2/20　Sat.

＊タラの芽の天ぷら：芽がまだし... ＊タラの芽の天ぷら：芽がまだしっかり閉じた、ハウスものでしょう。
でも春の香り、味がしました。(^_-)-☆　産直①
＊親鳥かしわのキャベツ焼き：産直②の親鳥かしわはとても美味しい！
歯ごたえと、鶏肉そのものの味がします。(^_-)-☆
キャベツはシナッっとしないように炒めるのが難しいですが、大好きです。
＊椎茸の辛子漬け:産直③の「宮武さん」のが美味しい。
椎茸の肉厚さがポイント。

タラの芽早いですね
ハウス物でも味さえしっかりしていれば何でもOKですよ

道の駅は、スーパーにはないレアな物があるから面白いですね！大好きです。(^_^)
