夏バテぎみのカイ
　昨日、昼間に家の中に入れてあげるのを忘れてしまったので、夕方の散歩前に出したドックフォードには全く手を付けなかったカイ。でも、今日は、なんとか完食。よかった！
　土曜日から毎日フィットネスクラブへ通っているので、今月はもうノルマの8 回に達成した。明日いけば、久しぶりに9 回。これで気兼ねなく、明後日からインドネシアへ行ける。頑張るぞ！
