炭火焼 本鮪 あぶりトロ丼

お歳暮で頂いた焼津 山政の「炭火焼 本鮪 あぶりトロ（中トロ）」を薄く切り、タレにしばらくつけて「あぶりトロ丼」を作り、うちの奥さんと頂きました。唸るくらい、美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした！

これは美味しそうですね〜〜！ 
早速調べたら、お取り寄せもできる。 
しかし結構お高い！！指がポチをうろうろ・・・。 
 
ポチにかなり傾いています！
