The chinese character you see above represents a word TRUST. There are two parts to this character. Left has two strokes. This represents PEOPE. And the right side represents WORD.

The word TRUST is made up with PEOPLE + WORD. What does it tell you?

Well, people trust the words you speak not the action you take. Chinese characters has more than 4,000 years of history behind, so they are telling us something.

You must know the words you speak are more important than the action you take. Your action is important, but without letting people know what you did, it does not generate any TRUST.

This is kind of sad ... but it is so true.
