My flight to Seattle was scheduled at 4:10pm but niow it is 6:40pm.
I was going to spend time at the Haneda Airport but the security line was so long that I had to get to make sure I arrive in time. It took over 30 minutes to clear the security line but I got inside way too early. I have to kill about three hours.
I found the coffee shop and I spend last hour being online. This coffee shop is making a lots of money. I wish I own this shop.
Well, I think I head out to do some waking around.

Quality and Service

The Fukushima nuclear power plant meltdown in Japan gave tremendous damage and they’ll continue taking care of it without an end in sight. How did this accident happen at a facility built with safety in mind like a nuclear power plant? Turns out it’s because the tsunami caused by the earthquake was unexpectedly large. Since they built the plant along the coast, they expected the earthquake-caused tsunami, in a sense, so they took countermeasures. However, because of how unexpectedly large the tsunami was, the plant had to shut down, making its cooling system unable to get power. Furthermore, I believe the root cause was the emergency generator not being able to cool the reactor because the tsunami submerged it.

The problem consisted of where they installed the generator. If the generators were in a location where the tsunami could submerge them, the problem wouldn’t have occurred. The second problem is they didn’t anticipate a tsunami of this magnitude. There is a lot of trust that Japanese products won’t break down. When it comes to cars, they say Japanese cars are the longest-lasting, least expensive to repair, and least likely to break down. That is correct, but the other side of the coin is that it is a hassle to repair when it breaks.

When looking at cars from the perspective of making repairs, they say American-made cars are easier to repair. Japan focuses more on cars not breaking down, while the U.S. can quickly and inexpensively deal with any breakage. There seems to be a difference in the way we think about quality. But, of course, our service should balance the two and provides more stable products. And we strive to combine the best aspects of both so we can respond with prompt support in case of any problems so that there aren’t any unexpected surprises. We want people to choose us for the specs of our products and continue with our service and support.

I was invited to stay at one of the best (if it is not the best) ryokan (Japaneese Traditional Hotel) in Japan. It is such a honor to be atble to stay here.

Kagaya Wakura Onsen is a hot spring resort located in Wakura Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. It is known for its high-quality hot springs, which are said to have therapeutic properties and have been used for centuries to promote health and well-being.

The resort features a variety of hot spring baths, including indoor and outdoor baths, as well as private baths that can be reserved for a fee. In addition to the hot springs, the resort offers a range of amenities, including restaurants, shops, and a spa.

When you require dialysis often you are limited from traveling overseas. When it comes to having dialysis in Japan is possible by knowing where you can get dialysis in Jaoan. I am lucky to find places I can get my dialysis. Unfortunately, US insurance does not cover the cost of dialysis in Japan. Fortunately, it costs cheaper in Jaoan. If you need dialysis in Jaoan, feel free to ask me.

Tokyo is a vast city with many different neighborhoods and districts that could be considered "downtown" areas. The ones you mentioned, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Marunouchi, Akasaka, and Roppongi are all popular commercial, entertainment, and cultural centers that could be considered as downtown areas.

I spent sometike in Shibuya yesterday. There are so many places to see and so many restaurants to visit. It was fun Sunday.

You can get Shabu Shabu lunch for less than 2,500 yem ... that is about US$20.
It is considered to be one of more expensive lunch, but the quality is great.
I think in the US, yu are lucky if you can eat a bowl of Ramen at this price.
The price includes sales tax (called comsumption tax) and there is not tipping.

I did not play golf but ...

My golf outing got cancelled today, so I decided to spend some time walking around Tokyo. I started off by visiting Ameyoko to buy a more comfortable pair of shoes. Then, I went to a place where I get all my glasses made to get a new pair. I had lunch in Ueno and then went back to the hotel.

Later, I went to Shinjuku to meet my friend and had dinner. I ended up walking over 5 miles and taking 10,000 steps. I didn't play golf, but I walked a lot. It was a good day.
