Today is Sunday, and I went to a restaurant called Little Jon’s at Crossroads for the first time in a while at 7:30 in the morning. Since it was early on a Sunday, the place was almost empty, and I had their "Vader" (breakfast dish). I couldn’t eat as much as I expected and ended up leaving about half, which ended up being my lunch as well.
For dinner, I had some of the leftover chicken from yesterday’s Toshi's Teriyaki, which I added to a salad, along with some chicken wings I cooked in the air fryer. I still have some teriyaki chicken left, actually.
Tomorrow, I have a medical checkup starting at 9:30 AM, so I plan to leave home around 8:00. I’ll arrive at the hospital around 8:30 for blood tests and other procedures, and then get ready for the 9:00 meeting. Starting in April, these checkups will change from weekly to every other week.
