There are many companies that thrive being No. 2. Google was very innovative when they are trying to catch Yahoo. Microsoft products were great when they were trying to catch Word Perfect, Lotus 1-2-3. That is because they had clear targets and they can see what No.1 is doing and avoid their mistakes.
But when the companies become No.1 and have to lead the industry or a product category, they stop trying. That is when other No.2s come up. Steve Jobs said “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish” … I wonder what he wanted to say. Now Apple is being No.1 company, can they stay hungry and foolish.
We had a web development meeting in Seattle. We are very excited about this project. On the easy, we saw Mt. Rainier from I5 south.
We walked Kelsey Creek Park again this morning. We are expiating some rain starting tomorrow.
We are visited by Bruce Johnson of Rowland Studio. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We walked usual park this morning but because of the mist in the grass, dogs got wet. I am drying their cloths in my office. I'm happy that I have my own office.
HopTile is a free web service enable you to create and host single page website. I started the design for HopTile last year and asked PSPINC design and development team to secretly develop the system. The pre beta version that enables you to create a single (but) long website is out but I must say it is not that great yet. The newer version that comes out at the end of March 2015 will be 1000% better.
Today I wanted to tell you why I wanted to make single page website builder like HopTile. I was browsing the net and happen to come across Ford Mustang Website.

It was based on long single page website I really found it to be refreshing. All the information that you need about the product is right there in the single very beautifully designed page. It was easy to navigate and understand. There is more information on this page but it did not feel long.
I wanted web pages like that to both my clients and me. This is the design concept behind HopTile.

Can your company spend $5 per "Like" on your company Facebook page?
How about $3? How about $1?
If you are consistently updating your Facebook page and not getting enough visitors, hiring a consultant is not going to get you the quick result you want. You need more direct approach. If you want more Likes on Facebook, pay Facebook for its advertisement. If you want Google to list you higher, pay Google to list you higher. Organic growth is good, I encourage it, but you need to seed the ground first.
PSPINC has started to test Facebook Like campaign on http://www.facebook.com/hoptile site, which had only 6 Likes. After two weeks, it is approaching 1,000 Likes. We do this to promote our HopTile service, but also we wanted to know how Facebook campaign works. Once you have enough Likes to make any difference, then we talk about Conversion.
This is one of the question asked during the job interview at famous company. At least that is what I understand.
A man bought a chicken for $8.00.
He sold that chicken for $9.00 but realized there is a person who want it for higher price.
He bought that chicken back for $10.00 and sold it for $11.00.
How much did he make?
The explanation is in the comment.
March 15, 1985, the very first .COM domain "symbolics.com" was registered by the computer manufacturer Symbolics. I wander what they were using the domain for? There was no browser nor home page at that point.
