Deter Against Break-Ins
It is funny how small thing like a camera in the parking space deters against break-ins. Since we install a few cameras in the parking space and around the building, we have no problem what so ever.

I am having fun playing around with a video editing software. This is something I have no idea what to do. Macintosh is a great platform to get your feet wet. It is kind of fun learning something new.

This is not a time.

thread
This is not a time.
The problems facing many companies (incl. government entities) today are caused by trying to do something new when the revenues are down. If you are financially sound, it is the best time to plan something new. If you are not financially sound, it is not a right tome to start anything. If you think you missed your boat, you know you already missed the boat. Don't try anything to catch the boat by jumping into water, just wait for another boat. It will come.

I am writhing this message to someone I know. If it does not make sense, let it go.

Teeth Cleaning

thread
Teeth Cleaning
I took Pompom (my dog), Tiny and Nano (Mayumi's dogs) to teeth cleaning today. It costs $150 per dog, but they do it without putting dongs to sleep. It took about 10 minutes per dog. It did not seem to stress dogs at all.

This is Pompom's teeth after the cleaning.

Current State of Economy

Current State of Economy
Is it just me or things are getting cheaper. For instance, this is Denny's $4 breakfast.

All business are trying to make ends meet by cutting every cost, cutting prices without cutting services. Governments are increasing the cost (raising tax) while cutting services. What is wrong with this picture.

Mac Pro setup is complete now.
It took more than 24 hours, but I migrated everything from iMac to Mac Pro. With quad CPU and 8GB of memory, it has power to do almost anything.

PSBJ 100 Fastest Growing Private Company

thread
PSBJ 100 Fastest Growing Priv...
We were awarded 65th fastest growing company by Puget Sound Business Journal last night. PSBJ announced that this was our second awards, but we were actually awarded once in 1997 making this our third.

1997 award was a fluke. We sold some server hardware back then for three months. We stop selling hardware. That was too risky.
