Social Media

thread
Social Media
I have this blog, Twitter, Facebook, and Linked In. I visit them everyday and post something everyday.

What is my ROI?

I don't really know. I don't even know if anyone is reading my post. Do I have something to tell to the public? Not really? Why am I doing this?

I feel like I have to. But I know I don't have to. I may be doing this to prove Social Media does or does not work. There is only one way to find out. That is to do it. I will let you know sometime, if it works or not.

I have a question for you. Please take a moment to answer it for me.

Do you use social media for your company?

When employee leaves your company, your will stop his or her payroll, healthcare insurance and clean up the desk and computer. You take back the card key so the person will not have an access to the building.

But so many times I see company leaving their email account active and their access to company servers open. When someone leaves your company, make sure their virtual presence in the office is erased as well.

Teaching, Coaching, Consulting ...
When you run your own company, you sometime need to be a teacher, a coach and a consultant. The difference between you and a teacher, a coach, a consultant is that they don't pay your bill.

It was rainy yesterday.

thread
It was rainy yesterday.
It rained all day yesterday in Seattle. I took Mayumi Nakamura to the airport. He flew to Japan via Portland. She will be in Japan until next Tuesday and will meet me in Hawaii foe International Executives Association Conference. I will be flying to Hawaii on next Monday.

We have picked up a handful of new customers in Torrance from the last trip. There are many potential customers in Southern California. We are working hard to opening the office there. We currently run an advertisement on one magazine in So. Cal., but we are adding another magazine and radio advertisements starting next month.

It is a beautiful day in Seattle. It is as nice as San Diego.

Good Morning from San Diego

Good Morning from San Diego
It looks like a beautiful morning in San Diego. No wonder people like to live here.

I took this picture with my cellular phone and mailed it to post_en@bloguru.com. Then I logged into Bloguru using my iPad to add text. iPad is great for traveling, but it cannot handle pictures like PC or Mac.
