The island I saw on the way to Narita from Osaka is called Miyakejima. It was an active volcano. I found the island on the Google map.

I have finished the first leg of my trip back to Seattle. I am at Narita Airport. On the way here from Osaka, I saw an island with big volcano in the middle. It was really a fantastic view. I am trying to find the name of the island now.

After driving Honda Civic for 9 and half years, my parents decided to purchase new car today. The car that they have selected is 2010 Toyota Prius. The car will hopefully be delivered next May (8 month wait).
