昨日の３日、「かこも」　新年初オープンです。

凄い日本酒が揃っていました。

日本酒６４０円と３種盛の料理でワンコイン（５００円）。　（画像）

　『雁木 gangi　純米吟醸　活性にごり生原酒』　　八百新酒造　　山口県岩国市

岩国の銘酒、「雁木」　です。

日本酒のスパークリングワインと言われるほど発泡力が凄い。

口に含むと弾けます。
