次のお酒は、新潟の酒です。

　　『越の白鳥（こしのはくちょう）純米吟醸　生原酒』　新潟第一酒造　　新潟県上越市浦川原区横川

吟醸酵母の９号酵母を使用し、新潟らしい端麗辛口、フレッシュな味わいです。

このお酒に　「菜の花の辛し味噌和え」　でいただきました。

辛し味噌が菜の花によく合います。
